Occasional lack of responsiveness or communication from the attorney
“I called and messaged him often, and he always answered me back. Last time we spoke, which was briefly and almost two months ago, he claimed he'd call me back within two days tops with his assistant "Sara Jackson" on the line to introduce me so that I had another form of contact aside from him, so that I have someone who can stay in constant contact with me for updates, etc. When I asked him for an update, like whether or not a petition to my case was filed, he wouldnt answer me, he just claimed he wasnt at his desk and just rambled on and on about being so busy and that he just had too much going on that he can't communicate with me as he originally agreed he definitely would.”

Occasional issues with billing or refund requests
“After paying the retainer fee i had to email his secretary to get any kind of response. I decided not to pursue the case anymore. Which i had to email his secretary in order to notify him because he didn't answer my phone calls or text messages. I emailed her regarding a refund on the retainer fee with no reply. I also called and text no response to either for weeks.”
