Let me start off by saying I have never done a review. I chose this lawyer base on his reviews online. However, I have no choice at this point. Mr. Gilden answered my phone call and messages prior to me retaining him. He called to make sure i was still interested in perusing my case. Everything was great upon til paid my retainer fee $5000. After paying the retainer fee i had to email his secretary to get any kind of response. I decided not to pursue the case anymore. Which i had to email his secretary in order to notify him because he didn't answer my phone calls or text messages. I emailed her regarding a refund on the retainer fee with no reply. I also called and text no response to either for weeks. I then call from another number he answers the call and gives me a story of losing his home in a fire and he will get my document and refund to me in 2 weeks which was almost 7 weeks ago. By the way he was lying about the fire. I called from my phone he sends it to voicemail every single time. Doesn't respond to email or texts either. This has been happening since December. I'm still out $ 5000. He is very unprofessional. I can't believe he is conducting business like this.

Mr Rajiv is a pro at what he does he definitely treats u like family with love and respect. he helped me and my wife in a landlord vs tenant case I was financially struggling with,the steps that he took towards the case was very Professional and he worked with me. it’s hard to find someone who isn’t all about the money in this day of age he reassured me that he“GOT THIS “ and believe me he came thru I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR RAJIV SYED cause it’s safe to say I found a great laywer and a friend in the process thanks 🙏🏻 God bless

Went Rajiv for tenant -landlord consult. He was truthful but what i did not like was that he asked to get feedback on a consult right before I left. I personally believe that once service is met/ or not met , a review can take place. On that note, i can not put a feedback until I see something. I do not like to be told or asked to provide a good review for anyone because it makes me feel that they are only after that.

She’s very professional and will help and guide you along your process. She answers any questions you may have throughput this process and always put your mind at ease. It doesn’t end there, she’s even very involved with any concerns that you may have well after closing.

Would recommend this lawyer. He cares about his clients, and he will fight if there is a case. I went to another lawyer previously and they rejected my case, so my father found brad, and brad investigated and took my case. It was a long journey with my case but brad really fought for me and my case. He works with his clients, and his team is great as well. Very accommodating office and down to earth as well.
