Natalie Markfeld represented me in my Family Court matter and she did an amazing job. Don't let her size fool you she is very aggressive and outspoken in the court room and will get what you want or very close too. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to win or a positive outcome. Her knowledge and skills will definitely benefit anyone willing to put in work of their own and be prepared for any obstacles along the way. If you don't believe be make an appointment for a consultation you won't regret it. Good luck, never give up, and fight for what you want sincerely K.B. Would of gotten 5 stars, but I didn't like I was never given a heads up the 1 or 2 times my lawyer couldn't make it, but the replacement those times was just as great.

When I got hurt and called Ms. Levi, I was not confident that I had a very big case. I hurt my foot really bad and was required to wear a boot and was limping around for some time. Ms. Levi exceeded my expectations in every regard. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodated all of my requests. I did not want to drag things out in litigation and Ms. Levi proved highly effective at negotiating a settlement early on that was beyond satisfactory to me. Highly recommended.

Providing them with a rating is impossible for me to do. My first mistake was to hire this firm (l.o.l.) to represent me in my contested divorce. The firm did nothing to represent my interest. They charge and collect their fees, however, had my ex-spuose's attorney prepare the Divorce Settlement of which much information was missing. They had failed to address the main issues they were hired to do, amongst them, address his unpaid home equity loan, present me with copies of his life insurance policy, they were never aggresive during court proceedings;instead just sat quietly and said nothing. They do show-up to court hearings, though, however, most of the time unprepaired. I had to contact the attorneys on the case in April of 2016, requesting an update on the matter just to find out that the judge had signed off on the divorce back in December of 2015. It took me five months to find out that I was divorced. Attorney's then had the nerve to state that I must pay $10.00 to receive a copy of Divorce Decree from her office. She should be ashamed of herself. That's the only reason I had hired them in the first place. That's what I got for contacting a law firm that advertises on the rear of any MTA bus in Queens: basura. Either way, the attorney of record indicated that I had married a difficult men; therefore, what can I expect from the process? Great point. I do agree with her in that respect. High staff turnover in the office including receptionist and paralegals is a norm. In one occassion I withnessed another client upset at the very same attorneys for not representing him appropriately. My suggestion, stay clear of any lawfirm advertising on the rear of any public mode of transporation. (Rating them with 1 star is an insult to mankind).

Daniella and her team first represented me in my car accident, and then 2 of my children in a different case. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcomes of our cases. Firm was okay at first for my family court case. It's a domestic violence, child visitation/custody issue. A few months in and they created a huge mess of my case. There was absolutely no communication. I was lucky to get a sentence or two if I did happen to receive a response. They never communicated to me that I had to get an evaluation so the judge was under the impression I purposely didn't do it. My lawyer started showing up late or sending someone else without notifying me. Also, very pushy with money. This firm is fine if you have an easy clear cut case. If your case has some baggage, look elsewhere. I started questioning my lawyer's intentions and trust therefore, I had to drop the firm.

Daniella and her team are great! They were very attentive to all my needs during this process. They walked me through everything and made sure I was well informed. Would highly recommend!

Natalie Markfeld has been our attorney for about 3 years and i love her service. One of the few attorneys that actually work for your best interest and is always available to answer all your questions and concerns. I live in Iowa state and needed an attorney with a case in N.Y. so u can imagine how skeptical and nervous i was to hire somebody that would understand my situation not being able to travel.
