I cannot say enough about how excellent this law firm is, and I'm so satisfied with the outcome. Mr. Lee and his staff were so personable and dedicated to my case. Some attorneys you don't hear a word from over extended periods. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and got me top dollar for my case. They genuinely care about their clients. Howard Leff’s staff is very rude, discourteous and extremely obnoxious and unprofessional. Save your time and avoid this attorney. There actually are some good attorneys out there who’s staff really care about you. Stay far away from this firm. I’ve learned through first hand experience.

I was referred to Mrs. Walling by a family friend after the Bongiorno law firm who had my son and my case for almost ten year dropped us during July 4th weekend in 2018 giving me less than a month to find a new firm and stop the court from throwing out the case by August 4 2018. Never did we ever think we would need a Medical Malpractice Law Firm, but in 2013 the unthinkable happened to our son and we did. I’ll spare you the horrendous details. This firm was very highly recommended to me back in 2015 by my brother-in-law, who happened to be a lawyer, and is now currently a judge. I had no doubt that this was going to be the right team of lawyers to handle my medical malpractice case. I initially met with Chris McGrath, then Mary Anne Walling , then my case was assigned to Gonzalo G. Suarez, Esq. The physical result of the malpractice that happened to me made me feel somewhat uncomfortable at times to discuss it, particularly with males. However, I always felt that Mr. Suarez was quite aware, and understanding of how this could be a bit sensitive or a little difficult for me to discuss. Besides showing sensitivity, Mr. Suarez and the team always conducted themselves in the utmost professional manner. Additionally, Mr. Suarez always did a good job explaining steps in the process throughout the case, most specifically the deposition, and ultimately the mediation. I felt extremely fortunate to have had a resolution of my case as a result of the mediation. I was quite pleased that this case did not go to trial, and felt very grateful to Mr. Suarez, and to Mr. David Dean, who was also present at the mediation. In addition, the case settled for our desired dollar amount.
