i implore anyone to use mr naima's services...he is upbeat, supportive, patient, clear and comprehensive when he explained the meanings and procedures of my lawsuit...when my claim was initially rejected, mr naima did not give up...he vigorously appealed and won !!

I retained Ted Naima for legal assistance regarding an auto accident. Since the very first meeting, Ted was direct and honest about the upcoming legal process and expectations. Ted explained the litigation process is great details, collected the necessary documents, and filed the process. Ted continued to press the responded until the proper resolution of the case. Ted did not take No for an answer from the insurance company. At the end, Ted prevailed and I'm very happy with the result! Well let’s start with the fact I was miss diagnosed with Breast Cancer 3 years in a row. Unfortunately my breast cancer turned into bone cancer. Stage 4 .No attorney wanted to help me not even the so called Big Firms in FL. Ted took over and he not only won the case for me. It it was more than that. Mr. Naima helped me after I was hit in my work truck stopped at a red light. I Lost most of my tools and machines in the accident. I also recieved quite a few stitches on my face and gashed my arm.
