Hi to all, First I will like to thank Richard, Marie, Michelle for such wonderful treatment and making me feel like I mattered. I heard so many things about this sort of car accidents and it was just to scary, but then Richard (lawyer) made me felt like he will get me the help I needed so the compensation. After 10 months he settle my case for the highest amount and my whole treatment was covered and I cannot thank this law firm enough. I'm just kind of concerned and confused about all these positives reviews bcuz me and my friends can't say the same: I recommended bongiorno to 2 friends of mine that had terrible accidents while working on their bike. One of them, due to a long wait and not be able to have responses from bongiorno law firm gave up. The other that had more serious injury that had him hospitalized for 2 months and did 3 surgeries still fighting for his case now, and haven't been able to walk soon a year. Bongiorno law firm told him out of nowhere, whiteout any updates about the court dates or procedures, his case has been settled for 25k bcuz the car that hit him has the lowest insurance and restricted all informations about the case from my friend. Is that how lawyers proceed?? Is that the kind of help that the other reviews referring about? From my own opinion, they scam vulnerable immigrants. Therefore I'll stand up for my friends and show not all in America is colded heart and will make everyone knows what's going on. DO NOT TRUST BONGIORNO LAW FIRM.

Back in 2017, I got into a bad car accident which set me back activities, events, and school that year.
