Mr. Potruch represented me in a very difficult case where the judge (Ross - who passed away) seemed to favor my "x" from the very outset - before any evidence was even submitted or trial held (as a token of respect, I won't share the reason for it). He is smart, very knowledgeable and calls it as he sees it. He is brutally honest, so one must be able to accept it, and not personalize comments he makes that may seem rude and/or abrasive, but essentially are meant to focus on achieving his objective - which is winning for you!!!

As the plaintiff and non-monied spouse in my divorce action, I was very disappointed that it took ten months after retaining Mr. Potruch for him to bring a motion for interim support. I found him totally unsympathetic, uninterested in my case and preoccupied with his own personal problems. His bills after ten months of work topped $33,000. I was forced to take him to fee arbitration which fortunately shaved several thousand off the bill.
