Let’s be honest... no one wants to need an attorney, ever! However, if you do, as we did, this is THE only firm to consider on LI. From partners, Rob and Sarah, to junior attorneys, associates and support staff, their services are simply unmatched. And wowza! There’s even a real human, extremely competent, receptionist that answers the telephone. No push this and speak that and try to muddle thru some silly automated phone system; a consistent personal, caring approach to business at every level. Rob Valli is thorough, on point and straight forward, mixed with kindness and compassion. Don’t mistake his kindness for weakness, tho! He can be a “bulldog”, if necessary and definitely precisely when needed. make no mistake, he knows his business and gets the job done. There’s no “sugar coating“ and telling you what you want to hear, refreshing! He, and his associates at every level, provide everything you need and want on your side. Strong communication skills are a must for me and they deliver information clearly and concisely. Always, in a professional and succinct comprehensive manner. They know lay of land on LI and have the skill set to get job done. Recently, I was asked how I know Rob when referring him, again. I paused... just for a moment and said “...Rob is my friend!”. I suddenly realized I do consider him my friend. I trust him implicitly, he’s kind, thoughtful and adds a true human element. It’s exactly what we all want and need when we unfortunately find we need an attorney. What more would you ask for in a friend!? I’d use Rob for any and all legal needs and highly recommend him, and his firm, to anyone looking for a complete legal team package. It simply doesn’t get any better.
