I normally don't write reviews but based on the service, professionalism and ultimately the bond that grew between myself and this exceptional staff, I'd be doing the public a disservice by not sharing my experience. Before using Schwartzapfel Lawyers for my workers comp case I had retained a firm that claimed to be the best in the business at handling such cases. To say that was just not the case is really an understatement. Initially they were selling me on their attention to detail and how they were going to work hard to make sure I felt satisfied. After a few weeks in I noticed that I could never get anyone on the phone or have any of my calls returned. As it turns out I never spoke with the person who was supposed to be representing me until I informed this particular firm that I would no longer be needing their services. That’s when I reached out to Schwartzapfel Lawyers and immediately felt not like a client but like I was actually working with people who I could consider friends in the business. I had all the details of my case explained to me in one phone call. This staff keeps you updated so you’re never left wondering. I would especially like to thank Carlene Smith for her efforts and attention to detail. Every firm could use someone like you!
