Huge shout outs to Jana and Charlene who responded to every email and question I had. This is my first ever experience with personal injury attorneys, and I have to say that Michael and his Schwartzapfel team were all extremely professional, helpful and patient as I stumbled thru this process remotely. Each of the admins that were part of this team and process treated with the upmost respect, and again overlooked my ineptness as they guided thru the multiple phases of signing scanning and returning documents, as well as the e-docs system. Over the span of this adventure I received several personal messages and interactions from various team members that allowed me to feel as part of a team and not just another client.
