I was injured on the job, reported it and saw my regular physician. Before I even got to get an MRI I received a letter from an attorney representing the company I work for. I decided not to go this alone and called The Schwartzapfel law firm. I couldn’t have made a better choice. They took control, recommended all the right people and handled all the details. Ben, my attorney, kept me in the loop at all way, answered all my questions and was a true professional. Very happy with the firm and would highly recommend them.

If you happen to find yourself where you need to employ attorneys for a legal matter, you should exercise maximum scrutiny in your search- but ultimately you will find that the firm of Schwartzapfel Lawyers, would serve as your most effective resource. Should you question this fact, feel free to review any of their FREE publications, made available to use as informative tools, which inform people on the claims process itself (depending on your specific legal matter, as many claims have different elements etc). If you happen to have John (John F. Campbell III) as your attorney, you will be under such effective guidance that you may only need to speak with your attorney twice: once when retained, and once when you are awarded. And even then, YOU might be doing most of the talking- as all he does is listen, and then achieve results. This is what you want in an attorney. This is spoken 100% accurately, from actual experience. The results are that fast, and that satisfactory. Maximum results. No corners cut, no substitutes: only maximum victory considered. 4)The case management team - but specifically should you be under the care of Brian Montalto, is so compassionate and genuinely invested in your own personal legal matter, it is almost difficult to believe someone can relate truthfully, unless they themselves have experienced your matter first hand. There is genuine concern for your well being and stability, expressed all throughout the claim process. You are NEVER left out in a world of mystery wondering “Where are my attorneys?!??” 5)CONSTANT COMMUNICATION, INFORMATIVENESS, AND APPROACHABILITY: AND IF for whatever reason, you should have inquiries on your legal matter, ALL members of the firm involved in your claim are all equally informed and knowledgeable on your claim details, and are AVAILABLE to review any details / progress with you. This is another reason why you will most likely only need to address your attorney no more than two times. Even at the paralegal level, the paralegals, such as specifically Aleksandra Schwarz, are all so pro-actively attentive, and invested in the progress of your claim details, that it will become common, that you will hear from the firm, regularly, before you will ever have a need to reach out to THEM. Essentially, if your particular claim happens to be accepted by the firm, you can expect 100% maximum results. And FAST. Spoken from actual results seen.

This law firm is by far the best law firm to come in contact with. Before, during and after the settlement, they are amazing.! They truly care about their clients. I can honestly say literally from day one Brian, Alexandra and Mike all have done a phenomenal job to make this terrible situation feel a little bit more at ease. In simple terms it literally feels like you’re a part of a family and I’m so grateful to have found them from a simple Google search.
