He doesn't answer the phone for his clients. I'm not his client, but I was sitting next to his client when they called 4 times on 4 different days.

John was also very pragmatic and cost conscious when it comes to choosing a strategy to answer a family court matter. Steven Epstein and his paralegal Suzanne are absolutely awesome at what they do! The amount of knowledge of everything related to traffic and criminal law is unmatched.
