I believe that we all cross each other’s paths in life for a reason. I have been pondering what I could say in a "review" that would actually give Steven Epstein the credit he deserves. The truth is that words cannot come close to expressing how grateful we are to him and his entire team. I was referred to Steven by a colleague after my son found himself in a very serious legal situation. Initially thinking we should hire "local" representation turned out to be a huge mistake. Our son was potentially facing a life altering conviction which included the possibility of prison. We quickly realized that we needed an expert to help us navigate the complexities of his case. We fired the first attorney and hired Mr. Epstein. He traveled to make court appearances personally, and even though it was his first time appearing in this particular court, he quickly earned the respect of the DA and the judge. Not only is he an experienced attorney, he and the entire office practice with integrity and professionalism. He kept us realistically informed every step of the way, and supported us emotionally through this very stressful situation. Knowing he was in our corner was our only comfort. Mr. Epstein's expertise was instrumental in getting the charges reduced. We believe our son would have had a very different outcome had it not been for Mr. Epstein. We recommend him without reservation.

The Reason for three stars is because My first experience with the Brooklyn kings highway office was thee worst. They took on my case, but never received follow up calls.every time I called to speak to my paralegal she was always busy, didn’t get back to me,sent me to voice mail and gave me misguided information. The office supervisor wasn’t any better. I felt lost and started to do my own foot work and get answers. When I learned that I could switch attorneys and decided to do so one of the paralegals from another office promised me he would close my case and be of assistance anytime I needed. Against my better judgment I stayed with their firm. Mr Thomas Binikewitz always avail to answer my questions helped to close my case out in a timely matter. I am greatful to him working diligently to assist me. If it wasn’t for him the company would have lost my business. Not to mention I have another case their handling as well. I can't say enough about my experience with Joseph Law Group. I came to them at a very difficult time of my life. Although going through a divorce is a very painful time in ones life, Tom Elliot showed genuine compassion to my situation and was extremely thorough in getting me a fair separation. He covered every base and left no stone unturned. Things that I didn't even think of, until they arose years later, Tom had included in my divorce to protect me from further litigation. I highly recommend this firm. We had an unfortunate incident occur and Judge David Ayres was amazing.
