Mr. Marc Weissman made the entire process easy to understand and he was so patient with me. He took the time to get to know me and all of my needs and most importantly my family's needs. I highly recommend him for any your legal needs.

Unreliable billing practice. Unreasonable delays. Blaming the other side is one thing but the condescending manner is really unbearable.

I hired Mr. Marc Howard Weissman. All I had was a written will, leaving me as the legal heir of his estate; and even though I was not his family member, and this Will was not professionally written, He was still able to manage to intercede on my behalf, so that the Judge could recognize me to be the legal heir of his estate. He did a very thorough and professional job. I highly recommend him.

For about 10 years I’ve been using Marc Weissman for about all my legal needs. I recommend him to my friends, family, and all my clients. Recently he has helped me in a dispute with someone that I own a few pieces of real estate with. He really knows this area and has helped me tremendously. Attorney Weissman was hired to handle the closing of an estate on our behalf. He was very professional and caring through out what was sometimes quite challenging and frustrating times. Always prompt in answering questions or concerns and provided good and clear explanations on any matter we presented him. His Paralegal, Kathy Wolch was also very helpful and easy to work with. Kept us informed and in the loop. All interactions with Attorney Weissman and staff were professional and effective. He made us feel like we were family. My great grandmother pasted away and left me a will. I came to Mr. Weissman with a letter that I have been serviced from the courts stating that I must vacate the house that my grandmother and I were living in. The letter came from the blood grandson. Mr. Weissman quickly reached out to the courts to have the rights removed from the blood grandson and started the probate of the will. Mr. Weissman gave his knowledge of the law, guidance and understanding during a very difficult time. He took the time to explain the processes of the law and educated me of my options. The will finalized and my grandmother can now rest in peace knowing that her final wishes are done.

Marc was hired to probate a will for an estate based in New York . I had full trust and confidence in him after the first phone call and was so lucky to find such a professional and experienced , knowledgeable lawyer in estate laws in New York. He was always reachable, available to talk , understanding of all issues that did arise , showed compassion, was always helpful, informative and able and willing to handle any new information that was required in the probate case.
