3

4

“Borrelli & Associates was recommended to me, by a former client, They are a very professional team from the front desk employees to the lawyers.”
Cons
1
Lack of communication and follow-up from the firm
“To answer: I was never given the option to become a client of your firm. Your offices reviewed my matter and declined to represent me. I don't have a problem with this, but what does bother me (and the reason for my 1 star review) is that your attorney didn't even offer a cursory explanation of why he declined to represent me.”
2
Upfront fees and retainers required, even for unsuccessful cases
“Do not go to them. They will make you sign a retainer agreement and pay upfront the retainer fee regardless if you win or not. There's no refund if there isn't a resolution that is feasible for the client.”
3
Potential for the firm to prioritize its own interests over the client's
“The whole game of B&A P.L.L.C., with my case was to collect close to $3,000.00 and tell me I need to pay additional $10K. And I was left without money or legal protection and I was left in uncertainty of my future.”
