I highly recommend Eyal Talassazan. He is extremely intelligent and competent. He is your direct and only contact, every step of the way. I was dealing with parental alienation. My son was being kept from me by his irrational mother. She made many false allegations. The judge ruled conservatively based on her lies, and it seemed as if she had the child advocate fooled. Nonetheless, Eyal was able to get me shared custody, my desired outcome.

I have been a real estate developer for 45 years in NYC. I recently hired Mr. Berkley to represent me regarding a complicated license/access agreement. Michael is very knowledgeable in various fields of construction and was able to complete the license agreement addressing all of my concerns in a reasonable time. I have been in a very painful and lengthy divorse process for a number of years. It has been excruciating, painful emotionally and financially. Because he does not delegate a lot of things, nothing gets lost or misunderstood. My whole experience was absolutely different and as pleasant as this whole process can be. Thanks to him and his strategies we are finally approaching the end of this tortuous process with positive results. I am genuinely grateful.
