Do not even bother with this Firm all about billing clients as much as possible with little or no results. My wife and I both lived in Florida for six years. She went to NY to file for divorce after a week there. She left the matrimonial residence. I asked the law firm to file motions to dismiss residency requirements not met for NY they refused. Decisions already argued successfully in the Appellate Courts of NY. They feared sanctions of their Law firm more.

Upon contacting the firm, a representative stated I will be contacted shortly. Mr Levy called and spoke with me for 5 minutes, heard me out, and he said “I’m headed into court as we speak”. He called me back at 7:00pm (after a day in court)the same evening and spent close to an hour on the phone with me giving honest opinions on my custody case. We hadn’t even discussed a retainer . These guys care… they’re genuine & the real deal. Highly recommended.

After contacting Barrows and Levy no question to these guys was a stupid one , you feel comfortable and they answer all your questions promptly , I like what I have heard and am satisfied and will be retaining Barrows Levy for their services. Randy Bremner

Big trap be aware They never care about how much the income of the noncustodial parents They never fight back against the aggressive family court judge using the documents you provided them with And about the joint custody they never care about the details They made me loose my son for ever 🥺 I have no access for his passport The mother did all all the violations you can imagine on my joint custody stipulation which I paid mr levy a lot of money for it and she had a low cost lawyer but he knows his job Simply mr levy is just a sales person And mr diprima Stephen is just a lazy cat They even not a human they don’t have a heart All they care about is sending you an invoice 100 times a day !!!!!!

Thank you for taking my custody case over. I was using a previous law firm who screwed up my case and what a 180 since Barrows Levy came on board. If anyone is looking for a child custody law firm, they are not only good but the best. Take my advice and give them a call, you will not regret it. Thank you, me and my daughters thank you.
