Laurie flawlessly handled my closing yesterday. She was successful at expressing to the title company the fact that over $2,000 in ECB charges were erroneously charged against my name (which appeared as liens against the property). The liens stemmed from my employment, as an Executive, with a property management firm. As a result, the title company disregarded those “liens”. She flawlessly, expeditiously and successfully closed on the sale of my home.

Laurie represented myself as a buyer in a recent real estate transaction in Nassau County. I received absolute white glove service from start to end. 1) Laurie walked me through all contracts with meticulous details 2) She is super responsive and available whenever I needed her (including weekends) 3) She firmly guided me away from making (in hindsight) what would have been a poor decision :) 4) She has diligent and capable people on her staff There were couple of potential pain points in my deal, however, Laurie and her team (namely Christine Watters) adamantly ensured they did not become ultimate show stoppers. Great service all the way through.

Used her for services regarding a closing on a house overpayed more than average .... found out after closing oh well but needed assistance regarding a issue with the title she’s no were to be found for weeks

I hired Laurie for my townhouse closing and she immediately impressed me with her wealth of knowledge regarding NYC violations, title, etc for contract closing.
