I found my dealings with Borelli & Associates to be amazing.

Very good service.

This was my first lawsuit and had no experience with how to proceed with such a serious matter. I opted to contact a firm within my locality and had no prior knowledge of this particular choice. I got lucky with choosing Borrelli & Associates and am eternally grateful for the experience they delivered. My personal attorney was Jeffery R. Maguire and he is extremely, knowledgeable, respectful, intuitive and professional. Aside from those critical attributes in a lawyer, he is naturally relate-able, understanding and comfortable to work with. I immediately felt confident and my situation would be handled correctly. I'm not that familiar with law practice and the ever changing exceptions, protocols, bells and whistles, etc. that can make or break a case. Mr. Maguire was always two steps ahead of the game which I found quite impressive and immediately helped me feel more relaxed. A true talent. My particular matter was riddled with difficult time delays, medical issues and other distracting dilemmas. Never once did Mr. Maguire show impatience or frustration with any of this, which I admired and appreciated. I could tell he had a vast education of law and a solid record of being involved with a multitude of cases. I applaud his ability in adapting to the unsavory specifics of my case and always felt that despite how small my claim was, my case was always valued. He is particularly skilled working in a mediation setting. The chemistry he has working alongside colleagues is distinguishable and displays a certain confidence. Watching him work, sparked a genuine interest in all things law-related in me. :) Is it okay to say the entire procedure left me learning something? Again, much more than I was expecting. Any time I was a participant in group discussion, I was never treated in any condescending or irrelevant way. (Despite much of the terminology and specifics going WAY over my head!) Eye contact was always made and I was encouraged to interrupt if I felt the need. I felt no need. My instincts knew I was under exceptional care. I wish to sincerely thank Mr. Maguire for his relentless devotion to my case. Most of all, I would like to thank him for the often overlooked humanity he brings to the field of law in general. He is an outstanding counsel and I recommend contacting him if you need representation, advice, and most of all- SUCCESS!

Too expensive

If you are looking for an employment law firm, you should make an appointment with Borelli & Associates. Everyone is extremely pleasant and competent. You will be told up front what they think they can do for you and will keep you informed of the progress along the way. I am pleased that I chose their firm to represent me in a matter.

I went thru two of the most difficult years of my life with this firm. My attorney was Michael Minkoff for the entire time. He always treated me with respect kindness and responded to every single anxiety ridden question or concern with patience and listened. He and his firm not only saw me through from beginning to end but went above and beyond to let me know I mattered. I am highly recommending this firm. My name is Jakwan Rivers. I was a long time NYC employee of the NYCHA and a Union official of Teamsters local 237 representing city employees. I liked their website and reviews, plus they came highly recommended as experts representing federal employees. I retained their services for two years. During that time, I received outstanding legal counsel, excellent customer service, and peace of mind. I was always able to reach my assigned attorney either by phone or email. She processed all of my legal documents in a timely and professional manner. She also kept me in the loop whenever she spoke with the Agency’s Attorney and EEOC Administrative Judge. Overall, I was very pleased with the positive legal outcome and their fair detailed billing process.
