“The office staff is completely incompetent. They called me to tell me my surgery was approved two months after I had already had surgery, and they never return phone calls.”

“it's my personal opinion that from that point they maliciously prolonged my case. Again never returning phone calls, never retrieved documents from doctors, and three days before my hearing told me that I needed to get a updated report from my doctor.”
