I have had Mr. Joe Dell work on multiple accident cases. Many were not even my fault. He is very nice, & was good friends with my father, when he was alive. I have had 7-10 cases or more. All closed very satisfactory. His law firm's staff is excellent as well. I would recommend him to any of my friends & anyone seeking an accident lawyer.

Josh Dell & the entire firm was incredible from the beginning of my injury and not knowing what to do, through the litigation process. They always kept me informed, I never had to chase them down, and even with his large caseload, he always remembered every detail of my lawsuit and made me feel valued and important. I would never recommend this place!!! Worst experience of my life!!! Ben and Joseph Dell, the father and son duo (plus one of their paralegal, Deborah Porcelli), all they did was lie to me. Not only that, they continued to give me misleading information about my case. Joseph Dell and the paralegal, Deborah Porcelli, even blocked me three times from borrowing money from three different agencies for trying to feed my family. Ben Dell was the attorney that represented me on my case, and it was the worst representation I ever got from any attorney. And because I expressed my disapproval to him about the handling of my case, he in return served me a letter stating that " after reviewing my case, they are no longer interested in going further with it." He served me the letter after my first hearing. At the end of that hearing, the attorney asked Ben Dell, "How much are you asking for this case?" So, how is it that you're not interested in moving further with my case? Isn't something wrong with that picture? Plus, the withdrawal paper that he served me is frivolous. Before you serve your client any withdrawal papers, you must first serve them a notice that you're going to withdraw yourself from the case. Plus, the attorney has to file a motion with the court, and the judge has to approve the withdrawal, none of which he did. So what Ben Dell did to me is considered legal malpractice. I am taking him to court, and I am suing him for his legal malpractice
