I contacted Mr. Megale to represent my younger brother last minute. We didn’t have an attorney nor did we have thousands of dollars lying around to hire just anyone. Mr. Megale was our savior to say the least. He’s extremely personable, understanding and straight forward. He gets to know his clients in addition to knowing the facts about the case. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe many years ago through a mutual friend. I have used Joe as an attorney on many occasions from traffic tickets to family court and he has been wonderful. He always goes above and beyond. I have sent many friends to him and they all say the same thing.

A few months back, I was slapped with multiple moving violations at once. I found myself facing penalties of more than $1000 and nearly double-digit points on my license. I paid Joe the retainer, and he worked his magic. I got off with no points, and a couple hundred in fees. Half of the violations were discarded outright while the other half were chalked up to minor non-moving violations. He saved me massive amounts of anguish from otherwise sky-high insurance premiums, and reduced the mountain of tickets to a relatively small fee.

I originally was arrested with a B-Felony, fast forward six months and I wound up taking a very generous plea bargain consisting of 40 hours community service and an A-misdemeanor. No jail time or probation. Mr. Megale was always responsive and careful to explain any questions I had.

Hes a very good lawyer... and a smart guy. He will explain everything to you step by step and you can leave it up to him to do his job. I was nervous extremely about my case but he did what he could and got me good results. The mans not going to lie to you telling you that he can get you off just for your business but instead he will tell you his honest opinion.
