Unimpressive & incompetent. Not there to help you just there for the money.

I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Griffin and his staff Amanda. I was referred to Mr. Griffin by another lawyer who said he was the best in Long Island to take on my father’s case. Everything from the first phone call to the last meeting he has been nothing but compassionate and an amazing advocate for my father. Extremely knowledgeable and well respected in the court room by all his colleagues. He answered every single question and called us personally when things got hard, always willing to meet for anything we needed, never felt rushed. He fought hard and I am sure the result would have been worse if it were not for him by my father side. Amanda is just as wonderful, always answering our phone calls and her extremely quick response to ALL of the emails. She has been so kind and always seemed genuinely interested and ready to get back to us with any answers to all our questions. They make a great team, and were worth every dollar. We are so thankful to have found them.

Handled everything professionally, and did not seem to drag anything out for their own monetary benefit. My lawyer was clear and realistic about anticipated outcomes, and kept me level-headed in a time when I felt anything but calm, while dealing with a terribly frustrating situation and respondent. Sometimes wished email responses were quicker, as it occasionally took awhile to get responses, but I know these things take time and it was sometimes related to the other parties’ unreliability.

I have worked now with Franklin, Gringer & Cohen on several occasions. The service they provide is exemplary. Very helpful, incredibly professional and diligent. Michael Mosscrop specifically has been my primary point of contact. He has demonstrated a broad knowledge of the law in multiple areas providing much needed assistance to me personally as well as my company. The level and quality of communication was extremely important to us as many issues we had been dealing with were in very tight time constraints. I highly recommend.
