Mr. Miklos is an excellent attorney who is a credit to the profession.

I would highly recommend using Michael when you need an attorney. He explained the whole process at the outset and guided me through every step. While answering all questions and proposing the best plan of action, he's always available via email or call. In the end, everything was worked out as it should with Michael raising every possible concern in the agreement and working through it one by one without missing anything. When you need an attorney, I would highly recommend having Michael on your side.
