I called regarding my daughter who suffered serious injuries that were caused intentionally. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Finally spoke to an attorney Mike. He was abrupt & Sounded annoyed . He told me the firm doesn’t handle this type of claim, after I quickly told him the reason I was asking for some direction. He gave me 30 seconds & rushed me off the phone. Not a good first impression. I have to look elsewhere
