I tried getting in touch with my attorney multiple times, they never call back. I've been switched between 4 lawyers in 7 months and when something important happens they need to learn my case. I called to speak to a manager and she was REALLY rude, acting like I should thank her for getting me information I should have had a month ago, as stated in a letter that she kept denying to be true. If an owner or one of the main partners can get in touch, give me a call, same email as the one I used for your firm, you should be able to find my number. Otherwise I'm putting in a formal complaint in a 2 page letter I recieved from the complaint department. I'll give it til friday before I fill it out. I hope someone finally does the right thing and can acknowledge that I shouldn't have been called 20 minutes before my case to be introduced to the lawyer who would be representing me that I never spoke to before. Nothing has been smooth, ESPECIALLY getting a call back in the same week, none the less, it usually takes 2 weeks to get in contact and it's because I called back. I either want a solid lawyer from your firm that I speak to and they represent me, or i want you removed without pay. I'm hoping it's a specific lawyer who will be in touch, and if so, I'll remove this review. If not, on Friday I'm filing the formal complaint against the office. Edit: in response to your reply, because i cant find the reply button for whatever reason. If I call because I have a question, and 9/10 times I dont even get a cal back, then you're just flat out disrespectful and ok with it? because I have called and get no response. Ive had 4 different paralegals saying they were the new paralegal, and on my november hearing, i got a call 20 minutes from the hearing by the lawyer representing me, was not who i was told was supposed to represent me, and asked me for a run down on thr case 20 minutes before we were on call with the judge. Really unprofesssional, and your response, talking about my case and specific things, will be added to the call from the bar association. It's nobody's business what kind of case with you, thats part of attorney client privelage. I took a snapshot, so dont worry about deleting it

If you want Peace and lower anxiety levels for any criminal related case I advice everyone to hire Mr. loTurco as he was an exceptional lawyer for me , because it is very hard to find a lawyers commitment to you, but with this firm I feel like there's someone that actually cares about my life and not just the fee. I hired Bruce Barket and Alex Klein for a white collar federal case from Northern District of New York (Albany). They saved me years of my life and millions of dollars in probable forfeitures. I started the case with a prominent Albany defense attorney who has since been elected the Albany District Attorney. If you are considering various federal attorneys I suggest getting on PACER and looking at the pleadings they've prepared for other clients as the quality varies A LOT between firms. Please look at my case in Northern District and you will see the night and day difference between Klein's writing and the writing of every other attorney on the case, including and especially the first guy I hired. My case was complex with 11 terabytes of electronic discovery. Due to protective orders this could only be reviewed at their offices which they graciously opened to me for weeks at a time to get through the evidence. I wanted to go to trial on legal technicalities. Bruce called me several evenings in a row imploring me to not commit "legal suicide." His efforts were undeterred by my obstinance nor the large weekly fee he would have earned for trying an unwinnable case. I took a 39 month deal two weeks after they offered another defendant who was far less culpable and received none of the economic benefit from our activities a 90 month plea. With RDAP and The First Step Act I was out of federal prison camp 53 weeks to the day I reported. They also obtained dismissal of 8 of 11 felony charges, dismissal of forfeiture counts on multiple rental properties and return of $155,000 seized from my home. It's easy to feel persecuted while living through the Purgatory of being a federal criminal defendant. And easier still to question who is on your side when you feel as though the world is turning against you. I was not an easy client. Just today the Second Circuit determined that all the charges I was convinced were technically flawed were actually completely valid and appropriate. For the rest of my life every day will be better thanks to the efforts of these fine attorneys.

I want to start this review by clarifying that I did win my SSDI case which is what matters at the end of the day. However, this review is about the process. I very rarely got a call, email, or any correspondence back when I reached out. I barely ever heard from them at all. I was represented by another lawyer for an injury, so I realize that a client won’t hear from their lawyers much throughout the process, but the lack of communication with this practice seems extreme. I didn’t hear from my lawyer, a paralegal, no one until the day before or the day of my hearing (I can’t remember exactly.) I called and left a message after my case was won because I had a question related to disability that I was unable to answer on my own and no one ever got back to me. I don’t know why I thought they would get back to me after I’m no longer a client if they barely got back to me when I was. That was my bad. My experience definitely seems to be the exception which is great and they did manage to win my case, so hopefully no one experiences what I did.
