I retained Jay toward the end of my divorce proceedings after going to numerous court appearances with my first attorney who was awful. My case should have been an easy one, however it was completely mishandled from the start. My first attorney was inexperienced, could not read the judge, and my case suffered miserably because of it. Jay was recommended to me by a friend and my only regret is not retaining him in the first place. Jay's awesome personality and demeanor, combined with a quick mind and tongue, wins him favor among the judges and other attorneys. I can't thank him enough. I truly believe the outcome of my proceedings would have been terrible had I not switched attorneys. His fees were completely reasonable and he didn't tack on unnecessary extras to boost up the bill like my first attorney had done. Friends had told me having a great attorney is everything and they were right. Thank you Jay, for everything!

I had contacted Jay in working with me in the process of a divorce thru mediation..Jay was really great at getting back to me,meeting as needed and giving practical advice thru out the mediation process..His realistic knowledge of how things work made me comfortable in decisions made. Also., Jay did not make every issue a big deal which can be a concern when working with attornies in any affair. In the end it was a successful divorce.No one was really happy but no one felt screwed ..funny but true.. I would highly recommend Jay ,He's a good guy

I have not regretted hiring Jay since day one. My case is a long and complicated one. (which is not yet over ) He has always made me understand and aware of what is happening at the time. Jay is a professional at what he does and he is very personable. Jay has helped me understand things that go along with the convoluted divorce process. Jay has also helped to defuse some of the many problems that have gone on at my household during the divorce. Jay returns calls and emails in a timely manner unless he has trials going on but still makes the effort, he also is available for any issues after hours or on weekends. He shows concern for your well being and your case but you also need to understand that this is a partnership and you must be on top of your case as well. My divorce and custody case ended in a pretty fair and reasonable settlement out of court with my ex. Jay was able to listen to my plan and successfuly negotiate with opposing counsel to get me most of what I asked for in order to settle. Now I have a lot of time with my daughter and a reasonable child support plan. I was able to save my resources and energy towards my life after divorce and my daughter instead of wasting it away in court. My divorce took a year to settle and Jay was with me all the way making me feel like I made the right choice in legal counsel during the divorce and now a friend after the divorce. Thanks Jay!
