After meeting with severl bankruptcy-13 attorneys in 2013 I met Mr. Gelberg and decided it was a done deal. Mr. Gelberg had decades of experience, understood where I was coming from and where I wanted to be. I never thought in a million years I would have to declare bankruptcy but divorce, having a special needs son, losing my job left me no choice. I had to do everything in my power to save my home for my son's sake. Mr. Gelberg worked out a viable 5 year plan that was a stretch but I knew I could somehow achieve. My first meeting at the courthouse in Islip I was terrified but Mr. Gelberg had answers for the trustee to all questions that were asked . When questions were asked by the trustee directly to me, I would look at Mr. Gelberg and the tenseness would leave me. The balance of meetings that I had to appear with Mr. Gelberg in court, Mr. Gelberg was outstanding. You see other people with their lawyers and none could hold a candle to Mr. Gelberg. He also went to court without me several times which was a relief to me. Once the court accepted Mr. Gelberg's 5 year plan for me I have followed it to the letter. I am pleased to say that I am about to come out of bankruptcy and I will forever be grateful to Mr. Gelberg.

Stuart is the best Attorney hands down. He left no questions unanswered. Always has the right answers. Amazing resource and a wealth of knowledge. Answers all of your calls. All of my paperwork for bankruptcy was done flawlessly. Court date went of without issue. I was completely prepared by my court date. Many cases that I saw on my court date before mine with other attorneys didn't have the same smooth run mine did. Obviously all attorney's are not the same.
