Pros
1
Excellent client experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff
“Excellent client experience. Staff that is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable, especially Doreen Letty and Monica Tronolone. I highly recommend the firm.”
2
Effective legal services and positive resolutions for clients
“During a difficult Family Law Matter, Tiveron Law, specifically Joseph C. Crozier, was there for me every step of the way. He guided me through to a positive resolution and I highly recommend his legal services. 10/10 service from start to finish.”
3
Professionalism and responsiveness in handling real estate transactions
“Tiveron Law, PLLC., was extremely professional and helpful in my Real Estate Transaction. Highly recommend.”
4
Veteran discounts and detailed billing for cost-effective services
“Professional and cost effective. They offer veteran discounts if you or your case qualifies. It's a rather helpful aid if you're on a fixed income/homebound. Not. They have solid rates for solid work. And their bills are very detailed.”
Cons
1
Lack of transparency and communication regarding billing and costs
“I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the increased costs. When I raised this concern with Joe, his response was cold and procedural.”
2
Unprofessional conduct and missed deadlines in real estate transactions
“The level of unprofessionalism displayed by Tiveron was astonishing. There were multiple instances where I was on the verge of abandoning the entire transaction. Key issues included consistently missed deadlines and a baffling inability to facilitate remote signing through a notary service, which is a basic necessity in today's world.”
3
Negligence and lack of client advocacy in handling cases
“This law firm lacked in so many ways with communicating, they didn't help guide us nor seem to show any interest in us being clients & we were tossed around from lawyer to lawyer. They didn't advocate for us as clients in any way and in return we lost money held in escrow due to it.”
4
Incompetence and delays in estate settlement and administration
“Unfortunately, due to a personal relationship with Corey Hogan, my father used them to handle his estate. They have proven to be grossly incompetent. His estate sat untouched on one of their attorney's desk for a year. ONE year and nothing was done to settle it despite multiple phone calls.”
5
Greed and excessive fees charged to clients
“Dealing with this firm has been the worst experience of my life. They just demanded payment in excess of $33,000 which will ruin me. All for a guardianship for my elderly mother and a will their attorney badgered me into making. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.”
