Very easy to get in touch with when needed.

I was in a difficult situation in my workplace because I was involved with my employer. I wanted to end it and he has a history of making it difficult for me. I reached out to Mahir Nisar to see what my options were. Not only did he respond immediately, he set up a phone call appointment same day. We met in person to discuss my options and let me tell you this...... this guy is amazing! There was no judgement. He made me feel completely comfortable and was very professional. I came out of the meeting feeling very powerful which is something my employer took from me a very long time ago. Thank you!

I needed to find a lawyer to deal with a severance agreement I received from my employer at the end of business day, Monday Sept 28th. I was given only 2 days to respond to this agreement. After calling several law offices and unable to reach anyone, I found Nisar Law Group using a quick google search. I read many positive reviews and decided to visit their website. I used their email form to explain my situation and I received a phone call soon after. This was after 7pm. The employee who made the call, took down my information, asked for details of my case and scheduled an appointment with Mr. Nisar for the next day. All emails sent to them were answered promptly and I was able to have a video call with Mr. Nisar. He was very upfront about his rates, whether he thought I had a case and offered me advice on how to document incidences that occur in the workplace. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward as I felt I did not have substantial evidence to prove my claims. However, I feel that should I ever require a labor attorney, I will contact Mr. Nisar again. Very professional, I never felt pressured and he was quick to ease any fears. He made himself available for questions and I feel if I went forward with this, I would have made the right choice choosing his firm.
