I can not say enough ( as an attorney and client)about Ann and her staff. I just met with her to again update issues regarding my 91 year old mother in assisted living. Her office did the original estate/elder planning ( trust, Medicaid, etc) several years ago which protected the family's assets and allows us to now care for her. Ann is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I would give her my HIGHEST recommendation if you are looking for an estate/elder law attorney!

We've used this law office for a our family trust back in 2011 and have been very happy with the experience since. We've met multiple times since the trust was created and Ann Margaret has always helped us navigate each issue we've run into over the years. Elder law is complicated and she is an expert. I would recommend her office for anyone looking for assistance in this area.

My husband and I updated our wills last year to conform to the latest laws regarding will. That was a very smooth experience. Now one detail needed to be changed. Ann-Margaret made that process so easyand completely understood what we were doing. All this was included in our original payment for the will. Thank you so much for being so helpful

I consulted Ann-Margaret Carrozza in regard to estate planning a year and a half ago. It was a very good experience. Her expertise and professionalism gave me a sense of security and satisfaction about the future. Recently, I had some questions and needed some advice related to that visit. As usual, I got the answers I needed. I was also pleasantly surprised that I wasn’t charged for this visit, as it was considered a follow-up to the first one.

I highly recommend Chiariello & Chiariello, as they really do treat you like family! I recently retained them for a large residential real estate transaction that included a few wrinkles (a life estate, etc.) and they were terrific, with astute advice from contract (and even pre-contract) through closing. Their responsiveness to every call and email was incredible. I cannot say enough good things about the firm, and will certainly use them for all of my legal needs in the future. they're the best!
