Mr. Frank was extremely generous with his time, letting me provide a very detailed explanation of how our claim arose, him explaining how Bankruptcy Court was likely to view our claim and likely next steps in the proceedings. By presenting our claim forcefully, he negotiated a settlement offer that my employer accepted. If I could give six or seven stars for Mr. Frank’s effort, skill, results, courtesy and professionalism, I would. I recommend him without hesitation. I have been a practicing attorney for over 20 years, but not in Bankruptcy Law.
