He didn’t try defending me as a proper lawyer should. He even told me during one court proceeding that he had listened to a recording of some of my evidence again, despite me being the only person who has a copy of the evidence proving my innocence. Was very distracted and short in his time/responses, as if he wasn’t giving his all to my case. Also when I mentioned that I didn’t have my rights read to me and was not told what I had been arrested for Tucker said “I don’t think that matters”. Watch out for these “Public pretenders”, because they don’t actually care about you or your case since they get paid regardless.

Just not a great a attorney. There are far better skilled attorneys in the Glens Falls area. Worst real estate transaction I have ever had. We have purchased 6 homes in our life and this experience was awful. Communication was average at best. I felt like a bother when I would ask questions. The final straw was the closing which we were not present for. She never called to say it was done. When I called to ask and see about our proceeds she couldn't believe I was questioning the fact that the transaction had ended without confirmation from the seller that the proceeds were received. She actually hung up on me.
