Bad experience with him

I recently reached out the this law firm to cover a lawsuit case where a local gas station was the cause of severe damage to my BMW. Every single last detail is in my favor and I even have Corporate Sunoco on my side as I'm not the only one who reported a problem with the gas. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and seems sure that the attorneys she worked for would want to take something like this on. Needless to say it wasn't 24 hours before I got an email stating that they were not willing to take my case without even a phone call or a conversation about any details to the case whatsoever, what documentation I have, what investigations I launched into the gas station...nothing.

I haven't worked with him much but he has been an excellent listener, showing concern for what matters rather than litigating for litigation's sake. He gave me a lot to think about and I appreciate his advice.

This firm is great to work with, i have done several phone consultations with them and they are very knowledgeable, very polite, and very thorough on talking to them. I would highly recommend them.
