Betsy came on to my case at a time where I'd all but lost hope that my case would be resolved within a reasonable time frame. The original lawyer assigned to me had left the firm in what was to be a blessing in disguise. From my first in-depth conversation with Betsy, I felt a sense of relief that she'd taken over my case. Betsy is communicative, knowledgable & PRESENT. Never was I left to wonder what was happening & she always made an effort to explain each step in a precise & straightforward way. Betsy has an open, warm & refined manner, but make no mistake; she is a Bulldog in professional clothing:) I must also add that her legal assistant Victoria is a multi taskmaster & together they don't miss a beat.
