First and foremost, the Magnell Office is a cut above the rest. They were not only cordial and attentive but displayed a strong sense of trust, integrity, and reliability when taking on my case. Back in 2020, I got a speeding ticket for driving a 53 in a 30. As an out-of-state driver, I was unaware of New York's point system. Not to mention the fact that this was my first-time offense. Long story short, I would have gotten 6 pts; however, the Magnell Office brought it down to 0 pts and a fine for littering on the highway. I highly recommend this law firm. If I could, I would give them a 6 out of 5.

This was my first experience having tickets for traffic violations and they were so compassionate and understanding to the situation and circumstances I was in, especially during times of covid when dmv has been closed and backed up with scheduling. It was a blessing working with them. They were patient with me until I gathered my information and gave me plenty of time as well. I couldn't be more happier with the services that they have provided me. I recently was issued a Disobey Traffic Control ticket which carries a 2 point in your license. The attorney was able to not only reduce it to a zero points but also was able to reduce the ticket to a Fire Hydrant parking ticket that carries zero points. Even better after that news I was informed that the judge assesses no fine and I ended up paying only the court surcharge which is $25. I want to say thank you for all your hard work and your professionalism.

I received a speeding ticket 85 in a 65 speed zone on may way up to Utica to visit a college with my son. Being from Queens, NY there was no way I was going to take that drive again for my court date to try to fight the ticket. I contacted Glenn Magnell's law office after receiving a pretty nasty speeding ticket. Jeannie and Kate were a great help from the start. The firm negotiated a good "plea bargain" to get my infraction significantly reduced, saving me money on my fine, as well as saving me money on my future insurance costs. I doubt that I will ever speed again anywhere close to this incident, but if I did, and got a ticket, I would come back to Magnell Law right away.

Mr. Magnell and his staff did a wonderful job of navigating a DWI case for me and getting it resolved within a month's time. Given the circumstances surrounding the pandemic like court delays and processing, I was afraid this case would take a very long time.
