He spent an exponential amount of time with me, by phone, advising me NOT to waste my $ litigating a situation that would not leave me financially ahead of the game, (which is nearly unheard of). Mark has been nothing short of a blessing for my fiance and I. We reached out to him, frankly in despair, for representation and we got so much more from Mark. His eagerness to listen, wanting every little detail matched with a very solid understanding of law makes him a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. We called him for one issue and he ends up finding so much more about our situation which really brought some much needed hope, while at the same time really highlighting his work ethic and dedication to the clients he works with.
