Lindsay is the consummate immigration attorney. She assisted my husband and I on an immigration petition which had been ongoing for several years. Within a short period of time she got up to speed on the case and began taking steps to move our case forward. Lindsey is both knowledgeable and steadfast in her commitment to servicing her clients. She keeps you informed every step of the way and takes the time to explain nuances in the law so that you have a full understanding of your case. Our monastic community has received new members from foreign countries. Lindsay was a great help in navigating through all the red tape of immigration. She prepared all the documentation for a sister's special immigrant religious worker visa petition, her application for permanent residence through consular processing as well as her naturalization application. And she assisted with our response to another sister's special immigrant religious worker petition. All petitions were successful. Lindsay has also provided us with information about the requirements and procedures for nonimmigrant visas for sisters coming from India.
