YAY! Jeffrey Gross had an extraordinary result for me. He obtained a Not Guilty for my traffic summons that I received over 3 years ago! The sergeant was present and had extensive notes that he read from, but Mr. Gross was able to defend my actions and saved me from getting points and from paying fines. Thank you!

Jeffrey handled my case for a ticket concerning missing state inspection, which had a few intricacies. He did a great job advising me as I was not familiar with the process at all. He kept me updated on court date changes due to Covid-related delays and although the court date ended up happening almost three years after the date of the ticket, he stayed on top of it. We discussed the case and he explained to me straight forward what to expect, which was important. His work led to the ticket being dismissed. Jeff represented me on a red light ticket that I was sure I would be found guilty for . All the evidence for the case proved me in the wrong, yet Jeff was still able to get my ticket dismissed ! I found Jeffrey via my group legal program since he handles Queens. I received a very high speeding ticket on the Grand central and it was basically my word vs the officers.
