Scott Malin did the closing for my condo and I have referred him to my sister for her closing, for my husband's closings and also for friends. I don't usually refer people to anyone but I felt that Mr. Malin was excellent in all of the rating categories which are Trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, and kept me informed.
