My process of buying a home finished successfully that's why the 2 stars, but I don't recommend Lori, also they won't take calls doesn't matter if you are leaving voices mail or emails. A really nightmare, I am happy it ended.

Jackie and her team were amazing; They were very responsive and answered any questions and concerns I had ASAP. They took care of every paperwork and wouldn't delay anything, so I didn't feel stressed during the whole process.
