He sounds like he is going to stutter when he begins to talk to the judge. He forgot to bring important documents to court. I was convicted of a a misdemeanor. He told me that they would explore all available options which could be a conditional discharge or even probation. When he spoke to the Judge the first thing out of his mouth was your honor if you are going to incarcerated my client.....I wish he would have been honest with me I would have hired a different lawyer.
