When you’re searching for an attorney, there is one quality that is extremely important to remember to focus on. That quality is making sure the attorney you hire actually believes in you. Tim Brooks is the best attorney there ever was and the best attorney there ever will be. He believed in me from the start. I spent hours calling around trying to find an attorney and Tim is the only one who was genuine and who promised to fight for me to get the JUST outcome I deserved and he NEVER backed down. He NEVER influenced me to take a deal that wasn’t fair to me and he fought for me in ways most attorneys wouldn’t bother. He believed me and my testimony. He spent the time he needed going thru everything with a fine tooth comb. I was facing multiple felonies, one being a B felony which if found guilty could be 25 years in prison. In the end, I was given two violations which are like parking tickets, and a little community service.
