I was at a stop light and rear ended nearly 7 years ago by a drunk driver driving in excess of 50 mph . After 7 years, the attorney Jason Telaak has only been able to obtain a settlement offer of $15k of which I would get $3,200. The other $11,800 goes to Jason Telaak and this firm's fees and cover their costs. I received an email from their firm that if I don't accept this offer, they are demanding I pay them more than $8k out of my pocket. My experience with this attorney has been a disappointing one and I would never recommend him to anyone.
