Emily has been great during the initial Process. She responds to my questions immediately. Emily has made me aware of where we are in the process and what I needed to do to get to the next step. My experience with Hansen & Rosasco, LLP was beyond excellence. I've had such great shared information with this firm. I have dealt with Josephine Ruby for the past 2 years. Whenever I had a question, Josephine would respond immediately and not only answer my current inquiry but take the extra steps to assure I understood the entire process. I was so afraid she would get promoted or hit the Powerball before my case was resolved as i didnt want to lose that connection - like she was there just for me.
