It was a real pleasure working with the Hansen & Rosasco team. I spoke with Dan several times and always walked away fully informed and feeling better about the situation. My 911 VCF claim has just been finalized and I cannot be more pleased with the service provided to me by Hansen & Rosasco LLP. From day one, the team (Josephine, Karen and Liz) assigned to my claim was courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and very responsive. At the outset, they walked me through the entire multi-step process, from enrollment with the WTC Health program to filing the claim with the VCF. They were realistic with the timing involved with each step (some were very lengthy) and their estimates were right on point. There were several occasions where I needed assistance or had questions re: the submission of forms and/or medical records and all matters were handled/resolved in a prompt manner. Hansen & Rosasco was recommended to me by another one of their clients and I have thanked him on multiple occasions for suggesting that I contact them re: my claim. In turn, based on my experience, I would highly recommend them as well. First review at beginning of process. The initial (proof) portion of the VCF process was handled by Laura Zimmerman. She returned all phone calls and emails promptly and answered all questions in a satisfactory manner. The entire process was clearly explained and handled efficiently. Overall, she was a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to working with other H&R LLP associates on the next steps.

From day one Emily Young at Hansen & Rosasco, LLP has been 100% helpful. Any questions Jim had (or even myself) she had an answer and if she didn't she would find the answer and get right back to us. Once Jim's initial paperwork was accepted and approved Jim's application was immediately sent on to the next step; to the WTC Health Program. Within the end of the day Jim received an email notification that his application had been accepted by the WTC Health Program and he received a call from Josephine introducing herself as his contact person for this step. She let us know what we could expect in the next few months while working with the WTC Health Program. Sura and her team were responsive and got everything done timely. Sura made the experience very easy and is extremely easy to work with and down to earth.
