Very friendly and helpful

I retained David to represent me on a traffic matter after receiving four separate infractions in a single traffic stop on the Long Island Expressway. At the time my drivers license was unblemished and I had not accrued a single moving violation in over ten years. Yet, with a single traffic stop I was now facing 4 citations and 10 points on my license derived from a single lane change. Prior to speaking with David, I consulted with multiple lawyers and it was clear that the only sensible path forward was with counsel. Talking with David immediately put me at ease. The fact that his retainer cost less than his peers was a bonus but certainly anyone will tell you that there is very little in life as expensive as a cheap lawyer. Other lawyers justified higher fees based on the severity of a non-optimal outcome while David assigned a fee based on the scope of the work it entailed. The four tickets left me liable up to 10 points. David had one ticket dismissed and had the remaining three reduced to non-moving violations. I highly recommend David and it was a pleasure working with him from start to finish - his expertise, candor, and results are second to none.
