From the very first step, the woman who answered my call was so sweet and caring, I called the office tonight at 8:30pm because I was involved in an accident yesterday, Frank called me back within 20 minutes from his cell phone and the first thing he asked me was if everyone was okay, he then educated me on all insurance matters and referred me to the specialists that I could see for my specific Injuries. He was very kind, informative and attentive. I even asked him a question about a law suit I settled with a different lawyer 9 years ago and he said verbatim “I don’t talk down about other lawyers but I’ve never heard of what you just said before” which goes to show a lot about his integrity. Steven and his staff....I can not say enough....I had to go to a quiet place and write my review...I first met Steve and Danielle with my father after a tragic car accident.....there are many difficult details that had to be dealt with ... Danielle I dealt with the most.....2 1/2 years she was with me with all my up and downs,fears and anything else you can think of...her calm demeanor and reassurance is a gift she has.....She is the most beautiful person in and out .....Steve is not an ambulance chaser.....he is extremely professional......he cares for you and gives his all to get you everything you deserve.....my daddy and I spent many times crying after losing my mother around Christmas at his table keeping us up to date......I felt so comfortable in his presence....I knew he was the one......this case was not easy..........my father was in hospice at home with me......I was the one who had to break the news he was going to be with mommy due to his aggressive cancer.....he didn't cry but he was more concerned about me crying hysterical.......i got a call a few days later.......We won the case 100% ....he got us every dime and then some... When the accident happened he was crying every night.......when I told him not even 1% his fault and we won he just cried.....it won't bring my mommy back but WE WON for her....Paula,Anna and all receptionists all had patience and compassion... My father passed away and again they were to there for me..........so I actually give 10 stars..........Steve and Danielle (and ALL his staff) are winners......for you too!
