Her attention to detail and making sure I understood all steps necessary for action were above standard! I was overwhelmed with all the paperwork and phone calls that had to be made. Once I contacted Hansen & Rosasco they made the experience very manageable. They kept in contact with me through the whole process. When I called or texted them they got back to me right away. They made me feel comfortable talking about my 9/11 experience. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience with the people at Hansen & Rosasco. Stephani was a volunteer at and helped near Ground Zero shortly after the 9/11 attack well over twenty years ago. In 2020 she was diagnosed with two forms of blood cancer. One of our daughters suggested strongly that we look into filing a claim with the WTC Victim's Compensation Fund, but because it was so long ago and Stephani had been an unpaid volunteer for an organization no longer in existence, I thought we had little to no chance of a successful outcome for a claim. When we ran across some old photos of Stephani at the site I began to look into a law firm to work with. A local attorney friend did his research and referred us to Hansen & Rosasco. The people we have worked with there, Shannon, Lizaida, Isabella, Josephine, and Kathy have been fantastic. What I appreciate most is their kindness, responsiveness, and follow-up to every question and need. They made the complicated proocess something more resembling paint-by-numbers. There is just no way that we would have navigated this process without the help of these folks. Within less than a year, my wife was approved for full lifetime medical coverage for anything related to her cancers. That was HUGE for us! Today, just over two years from when we first contacted them, Josephine Ruby at Hansen & Rosasco called and asked that Stephani and I both listen in on speaker phone.
