Everyone was pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. When any thing came up they were quick to reach out to me and help me get what information was needed. I was pleased with the outcome.

My experience with firm was a pleasant experience. They always kept me informed about how the case was going. If they sent an email and I did not reply in a timely manner, they would call me. When they requested paper work and I sent it, they acknowledged when received. Office staff very pleasant and helpful.

The interaction and the response with the law firm was impeccable. Their efficiency was very much appreciated. The difficulty we encountered was the inefficiency of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for a simple document that was readily available (Cause of Death). The request took over a year and only when I went in person did it get resolve. Simply because of a repeated error the agency's employees were making by not reading carefully our specific request and instructions. It appears that the agency needs to better train the Department's employees to watch for such small but very important details
